  • Coveting can disguise itself as ambition, drive, or just being competitive. Have you ever recognized that coveting might be hiding under one of these things in your own life?

Spiritual Fitness
  • The rabbis taught that, if you keep the first nine commandments, your life will be so full and rich that you won’t want anyone else’s life. What is true and helpful about this idea?
  • What are some areas in your life where you need to build some “spiritual fitness?”

Pentecost
  • Compare Acts 2:1-4 with Exodus 20:18-21. What similarities do you see? What differences do you see? What do these differences teach us about the new covenant?
  • Read Galatians 5:22-23. What are practical ways that you might grow in the fruit of the Spirit?
